I'm having a go (for the third time) at doing a story. This one I will keep up-to-date and even make a website for it. I will be accepting most members who post their application as spaces aren't too limited but I will have to stop at some point.

Intro:
Hexo. A name that is feared throughout this land. Several years ago, he brought darkness to our land and took up the throne that has not been used for centuries. He destroyed those who disagreed with him or made them his servants using his most deadly power, the blood point. This changes everyone to his side at one touch. A fatal weapon for most. Nobody dares to go against him as it is likely they won't survive. However, one person is willing to risk his life to save others and get revenge on Hexo. A prophecy has been foretold that this person, man or women, will gather a group who, just like them, want revenge on Hexo.
That person is me. I'm Archer, the one who wants revenge on Hexo for something he did when I was young. I am trying to find a group just like me, with special powers and who want revenge on Hexo. However, rumour has it that he is also gathering men to make his force stronger.

|Chapter 1|

The large wooden doors creaked open and a large black figure walked in. He bowed to the front of the room as the doors immediately closed with a loud boom. "You have found them I take it?" a loud voice echoed through the large room. It was very dark and the voice was shielded in the shadows. The bowed man shivered - not with cold, but with fear.
"I..um well. No, my lord. He got away." The man drooped his head in shame. He had failed his master's orders again, this usually called for punishment.
"You stated there was only one? I thought there was a group of them." His voice became angrier with every word. "Can I not trust you to get me the right information, never mind completing your task." He stood up and walked toward the man on the ground; revealing himself in the bright sunlight.
He was tall and very big. His muscles bulged in his dark black robe. Although he was not in battle, beneath the long robe was a bronze chest plate and a leather belt with scabbard. Tucked into it was the almighty weapon, the Blood Point. "I am sorry, it seems he has not formed his team yet and it was not I who provided you the information, it was the prophecy holders." He raised his voice in defense until he saw Hexo's face. Pausing for a while, Hexo made up his mind and said "Hmm. You may go, I have enough good in my heart to give you another chance. Round up our army and give the the briefing - we must defeat Archer."
"Ha. You say that every time and yet it never happens." His servant muttered as he walked back toward the large wooden doors. Hexo growled from his throne, his voice full of anger and annoyance. Standing up, he drew his sword as though under the impression someone was spying on him. "What do you want?" he growled.
"You know exactly what I want Hexo. You've been rejecting me for years. All I ask is to get your agreement - nothing else."
"NEVER! You know I will never agree to you. I have more important things to worry about...there is a war being prepared." He thrust his sword into the marble floor giving off green and red sparks.

"More important than getting Archer on your side or even destroying him?" Hexo's eyes grew wide and his mouth opened in surprise. "I thought not. But still, if you won't let me on your side then I'll get Archer and his team myself." With a loud swish he was gone. Hexo was about to open his mouth to argue when he realized that the man had gone. Shivering, it was obvious the Lord of Dark was frightened by the man or just alarmed. Anyhow, he definitely didn't like him.

|Chapter 2|

Running through the woods as fast as he could, Archer traced the enemies thoughts and movements behind him. He wriggled through trees and leaped over old tree stumps trying to get away from Hexo's Blood Soldiers. After he was sure he lost them, he sat down by a tree, closed his eyes and thought.

He felt something strange. There was someone else near him - someone good. "It seems the Blood Soldiers were also after him" he thought. The air turned cold sending a shiver through Archer as though someone had frozen him with ice. Then a boy - about the same age as Archer - ran past, Hexo's army behind him. Many thoughts ran through Archers mind like: "Don't do it, you'll be killed." but he listened to none of them (which was a first). He jumped out in front of the army, Erachnos in his hand. The other boy turned around and looked at Archer and smiled. Drawing his own sword, he ran to Archers side. "The name's Zcet. I can control ice by the way." Archer nodded whilst trying a slash at the enemy with his sword. Suddenly, the Soldiers stopped and parted in the middle creating a walkway.

The sky turned dark and the wind rose. Again, it began to get cold but this time there was the power of the wind and Zcet's icy powers. Through the Soldiers came a man dressed in dark clothing with a navy blue cloak. He was big and strong - almost barbarian like - and had a powerful axe in his hand. "My name is Midnight. General of Hexo's army and soon his right-hand man." His voice was deep and hoarse. Behind him one of the Soldiers sniggered to the Soldier next to him and whispered "Like that will ever happen." Midnight turned round to stare at him and the Soldier stopped immediately. If looks could kill, that Soldier would be worse than dead.

Zcet saw a chance and whispered to Archer, "Quick, go now while he's being distracted" and before they knew it they were on the run diving and dodging arrows, spears and trees. Midnight roared through the air and everything fell silent. Archer and Zcet couldn't move; neither could anyone else for that matter. It seemed something had slowed time down to a stop and nobody could do anything. There was only one person moving. Midnight. Both Archer and Zcet realized that Midnight could stop time. Great. That now made it virtually impossible for them to fight Midnight. Zcet looked closely at the General and saw that the Time Stop was draining his power and that soon he could do it no more. JUst as he thought that, time played and once again they were all moving. After around 10 minutes of running, Archer looked behind him, panting. "I think we lost them Zcet."

"Good. We better find shelter. Look, over there." He pointed at a small stone cave. "We can use this as our hideout for the moment." They wondered over to the cave and went inside. Both of them were so tired that once they got comfortable, they were asleep.

|Chapter 3|

Looking around, Nero searched between the trees, looking for any signs of movement. His hand gripped his sword tightly as though he was waiting for something to happen. It must have been around midnight as the sky was dark with stars shimmering in the deep of the forest. Nero's sword glowed blue, lighting up the path around him. Every once in a while, sparks would fly off the metre-long blade. Suddenly, Nero heard a couple of voices. He whipped around, his sword at the ready. Facing him were two of Hexo's Blood Soldiers. "Finally. You'll be coming with us sonny." The soldier smiled revealing decayed teeth and letting out the disgusting smell of his breath into the open air. Nero closed his eyes and concentrated really hard. The sky rumbled and a large blue lightning bolt struck down and hit both the soldiers with a loud boom. The bolt made the ground shake for miles round. Nero ran away from the scene as quick as he could - he knew those were not the only blood soldiers around. He was so busy looking behind him he almost crashed into the person in front of him. Nero didn't know this man but was sure he wasn't friendly - nothing was friendly in the forest. The man wore a dark cloak and held a long, gold and silver staff. "Well what do we have here? One of Archer's minions I'm guessing." The man had an evil smile spread across his face.
"Who's Archer? Are you one of Hexo's silly army?" As soon as Nero said that last bit he knew he shouldn't have. The man took it as a very big insult but tried to keep calm about it.
"My name is Trans if you must know. Lord Trans. And no, I am not part of Hexo's army - I am the one who will beat him to his pride and wish. You - however - are coming with me. Now!" He grabbed Nero and disappeared.

|Chapter 4|

Archer woke with a jump. He had just had one of his worst dreams ever. Someone was in danger. He got up and turned to tell Zcet to get up but he wasn't there. Archer crawled outside into the morning air. He yelled Zcet's name even though he knew that one of Hexo's men might hear him, but that was the least of his worries. He thought about his dream of the boy Nero and the strange but evil man, Trans. That just got him even more worried. He closed his eyes and tried to think hard about Zcet so he could find him. That was the advantage about being psychic - he knew things would happen before they did; he knew about dangerous things like his dream of Nero. He could also find people and speak to them in their minds. He took his sword, Erachnos, and started searching. He knew which path to follow to get to Zcet as long as he kept focus. He looked around him, he'd seen these surroundings before. There was a crack of twigs and people came flying at him from either sides. One had a flame sword which kept on sending flames through the air. Another had a Blue Lightning sword, almost the same as Nero's and the last had a flame-thrower. Archer first dodged the flame thrower and knocked it out of his hands and sent him flying. Taking the advantage, both swordsmen dived at Archer and caught his t-shirt. The flame sword sent a flame up Archer's already-cut t-shirt. Again they both lunged but Archer parried both their attacks and knocked the lightning sword guy away the the hilt of his sword. The fire swordsman was a little trickier. He was well trained and blocked many of Archers attacks. In one quick move, they both tried to attack, sending both their swords flying. Archer explained how he was just looking for his friend and also trying to escape Hexo's clutches. As soon as he said that, one of them said "That's exactly what we're doing too. I'm Earthquake, this is Jake and Jimso. We met in Hexo's prison where he captured us. We worked together to get out and been together since. Sorry about the attack, we thought you were one of Hexo's men." Archer told them they could come with him and make a team against Hexo. Jake said he had a dream about a boy called Nero who needed help but wasn't sure if it was true or not. Archer told Jake he had the same dream and asked if Jake was psychic like him. He nodded. It was clear he didn't like it.

They set out to find Zcet, Jake and Archer leading the way with Earthquake and Jimso following, making sure they weren't being watched.

 |Chapter 5|

Searching deeper and deeper into the forest, the team came to a large stone tower covered in ivy. "I didn't know there was a tower in the middle of the forest," Earthquake remarked.                                                                                   "No, neither did I. Maybe we should split up and check it out, Jimso and Jake search around the tower and alert us if anyone comes whilst me and Earthquake check it out." It was a risky plan but Archer was confident it would be fine. It had to be fine. Archer and Earthquake ducked through the door and into the tower. How strange to have such a small doorway. The room inside wasn't much better either - both of them were crouching in the small space. They wandered - or rather shuffled - their way into the main room. Larger than the rest of the ground floor but still a slight squeeze. "This doesn't feel right," Archer whispered "Nobody our size is able to fit in it. In fact I don't know much that could be human and fit in it." Of course, Archers land had lots of non-human things but still none that he could think of could fit. Needing further investigation, the pair crawled up the wooden steps. It wasn't very comfortable but they had to find out what the place was and who owned it. The second floor was much bigger and was just big enough to stand in. It was covered in white paint that looked like it had been carelessly slapped on and had a slight yellow tinge in it. A rotten smell arose from the floorboards and walls creating the most horrid smell you have ever come across. Small black holes that looked like burns from something hot were all over the place and the pair soon found out why. An arrow with a tip of fire shot through the window, singeing Archer's untidy hair. Another flew through the window, narrowly missing Earthquake's shoulder. Archer drew Erachnos and jumped out the window, landing with a bump on the dirt floor of the forest. Jake and Jimso appeared by his side, swords out and ready. "We're under attack!" Jake shouted over the whistle of fiery arrows. "We saw something coming and then something happened quick, knocking us both of our feet." An arrow shot straight for Jimso who knocked it aside with the flat of his blade whilst Archer rummaged in his sack which he had brought with him. "What are you doing?" Jimso asked, deflecting another arrow.

"I brought something with me that might help us. Oh where are you. Aha!" From the sack, Archer brought out a small compass just smaller than the palm of his hand. " What are we going to do with that?" Jimso asked "Give them that as a gift of peace?" Archer knew he was being sarcastic and therefore ignored him. Lying it on the ground, Archer touched the very center of it and stood back. Suddenly it sprang up and turned into a - "Shield!" exclaimed Jake. He picked it up strapped it into position. Archer stood behind him, signalling for Jimso to do the same. At once, the shield expanded and created a solid metal wall covering the three boys. Then Archer realised someone was missing; Earthquake. He was still up in the tower. After telling Jake and Jimso, they all agreed that Archer would go back up and get Earthquake while the other two made a distraction and turning the attention away from Archer.

Jimso and Jake jumped out in front of the Attackers, holding the shield in normal form whilst Archer crept behind them and up to the tower door. Somehow, the attackers noticed Archer was getting into the tower and started showering more flaming arrows in his direction. Jimso realised there was only one thing that would get their attention. He opened his mouth and emitted a super-sonic scream that filled the air, knocking everyone but himself. Standing up again after his fall, Jake stood open-mouthed at Jimso. " How did you do that?" he asked back in reality. Meanwhile, Archer climbed back in to the tiny tower, crawling on all fours to the stair case. Earthquake was in the corner, his flame-thrower in one hand and using the other as his dynamic fist. In the corner where two small men tied up with thick rope. They were very short, about half the size of Archer but with large, grey and brown beards. "Dwarfs," Earthquake grunted making a slight gesture to them. "Clever little men, sneaked their way up here while you lot were defending yourselves." He turned to the angry looking dwarfs. "Who are you with?" He asked leaning forward.

"No one. We're on our own. We saw you nosing around in our castle and attacked; we don't take intruders." He tried standing up to make a point but fell straight back down. Archer got out his sword and cut the rope tying them. "We'd better go then. Sorry for intruding," Archer replied as he and Earthquake walked back down the stairs. They met Jimso and Jake back at the bottom of the tower. "I think I might know where you friend Zcet is." Jake said to the team. "I think he's somewhere close to us - only a few miles away."

|Chapter 6|

Zcet woke in a dark room - like a cell. He couldn't remember anything since he met the strange man except his cold, evil grin. Standing up, he walked towards the bars and rattled them when a guard appeared. He strode towards the door and came face to face with Zcet. Zcet backed away from the bars and went for his sword in his belt; but it wasn't there. "Looking for something?" the guard said holding Zcet's sword. "You won't be needing this while your in here." He turned and disappeared with a snap. Great. Zcet thought. I can't remember anything, my sword's been taken and I'm about stuck here forever. He sat back down on the stone floor thinking hard and planning a way to get out of there.

Tripping up, Shaus fell flat on his face, his longbow flying straight out of his hands. He got up quickly and grabbed his bow again - he couldn't be seen. Suddenly, he had a thought. Harsh winds started blowing around him, lifting him off the ground. Higher and higher he flew until he could see the whole village below him; an easy way to track enemies. Quickly, the wind picked up, sending Shaus across one village to the next. Spotting some of the Hunters, Shaus directed himself towards the other side of the market. He soared through the air, getting closer to the ground and landed next an apple stand. He ducked behind it as the Hunters walked past and then ran to the wall opposite. One of them spotted him and aimed his spear. As quick as lightning, Shaus created a twister, knocking the hunter back. They all turned around towards him - not what he wanted. He did the only thing he could think of. Run. He fled down an alleyway and turned round several corners, the Hunters still in close pursuit. They came to a cliff overlooking the blue sea, there was no where else to go. Suddenly, Shaus came up with a plan. Jumping straight off the cliff, Shaus fell with great speed. Just before he reached the water, a gush of wind wrapped around him and lifted him up. Like a rocket, he shot into the air and soared straight into the forest. The Hunters stood open-mouthed at Shaus as he flew away.

Landing with a tumble on the rocky floor of the forest, Shaus looked up to see several boys all standing around him. Slowly he stood up and brushed the dirt off himself. "Erm, hi." He said nervously. "I'm Shaus, Sky Prince." He looked up at them uncertainly. The lead boy held out his hand, "I'm Archer. I'm guessing your one of us - against Hexo."
